My Story
Hello! I'm Jayanthi Grebin, and my exciting journey in science began at the age of 12! I've always been passionate about life science.
When I moved to California, upon family request, dove into the world of Engineering, focusing on Electrical and Biomedical Engineering. With the oil industry booming, I leveraged my degree to start my first job out of university in the oil field until my family relocated to Minnesota. I got my chance in Life Science when I landed my first role in Life Science as an Single Use Application Engineer for ATMI in Bloomington, MN and I absolutely loved it! It felt amazing to combine my chemistry, biology (what we are mixing ) and engineering knowledge (how we are mixing it).
When ATMI was sold to PALL Life science , I had a chance to be become a Product Manager for Entegris and I discovered what it truly takes to have successful and unique products by understanding the Voice of Customer (VOC). As a Product Manager , all aspect from Quality, Operations, Pricing, Strategic Business Planning, Margins, ECN, and Marketing is touched. At this time, I was also immersed in organization like BPOG, BPSA, ISPE, ASTM and PDA, and had opportunity to learn from the best, network and write papers including what you need to know to be successful. I truly grew in this role and in this organization.
My exciting opportunity took me a step further into the role of Business Development and Marketing Manager into New Market of Advanced Therapy and Biopharma with newly launch product with Entegris and CPC both companies in Minnesota and that was a game changer! It taught me how to focus, innovate in marketing, think ahead, and craft effective go-to-market strategies—all of which have driven the success and are still in play today. With all this experience under my belt, I'm eager to help you!
In 2024, I earned my MBA, further strengthening my ability to deliver holistic, well-rounded consulting that’s both financially sound and technically robust.
